The main objective is testing enterprise social networking and then propose solution for the company BTL partner & media s.r.o.. This thesis deals with the benefits and implementation of enterprise social networking companies to plan, communicate and share data across organizations. The theoretical part is focused on the exploration of the current state of the market for corporate social networks and analyzing main problems of communication in organizations.

This thesis focuses on benefits of enterprise social networks for human capital management inside of organization. The theoretical part of this work defines the concepts of social network, enterprise social network and analysis of the key products that dominate these areas. The following is a summary of the criteria for choosing a particular product. The practical part of the thesis is field research that examines issues in human capital management and outlines possible solutions to these problems using enterprise social networks.
Comparative analysis of enterprise social networks

This bachelor thesis is focused of comparation of the social networks, which are in general used in the corporation networking. The paper targets on three, in advance picked, social networks. The comparison of the products is the main goal of this paper. For this reason, in the first theoretical part it defines basic definitions and characterictics, which are related to the social networking agenda. In the following analitical chapter, there are, based on preselected criterion, compared social networks. The conclusion of this thesis is summarized in the chart, followed by explanation. Based on the reading of this paper, the potential user of the corporate social network will be able which of these networks would be possible to integrate to his company, eventually which would fits the best.
Possibilities of using the enterprise social networks for internal communication

This thesis deals with the possibilities of using the enterprise social networks for internal communication. First the thesis defines the importance of internal communication for the company, next it generally defines and describes social networks with a focus on enterprise social networks. The practical part of the thesis includes a field survey, which aims to explore a current state of internal communication in companies and identifies problems in communications between employees. Based on the results and findings in the end possible benefits of the use of enterprise social networks are discussed as a possible solution for the identified problems.

This thesis focuses on the contribution of enterprise social networking services to the internal communication. The thesis opens with definition of internal communication and next there are specified its goals and trends. Furthermore, the paper characterizes the enterprise social network as for what it actually is and how it differs from public social network. A number of corporate social networks are specified along with their characteristics. The practical part is based on a field survey which explores the problems in the internal communication. Based on the questionnaire results, solutions for mentioned problems are proposed and discussed.
Categorization of virtual social networks

This thesis deals with virtual public and enterprise social networks. The main goal is to cat-egorize selected networks according to selected criteria. The thesis is divided into theoreti-cal part, which is devoted to characterization of virtual social networks, their history and gradual development and into practical part in which is a list of the biggest public social networks ranked by number of active users and a list of the most widely used enterprise social networks. The thesis is beneficial thanks to the most current view of the state of so-cial networks and with the connection of categorization and selected criteria it shows the current trends.
The use of internal social network Yammer and its contribution to internal communications

At a time when social networks are a particular phenomenon of the period include internal network still less-known tools to increase the efficiency of communication within companies. This bachelor thesis deals with the possibilities of using social network Yammer and its contribution to internal communications. The first part describes the social networks in general, it is focused on the internal network, specifically on the internal network Yammer. It describes its basic functions and discusses his contribution to the company. The practical part deals with the manner of its use in a corporate environment, and based on the survey analyzes the degree of expansion and users' attitude to its use in a specific business environment. In conclusion, I offer the possibility of its use in the context of VŠE in Prague. The aim of my bachelor thesis is to acquaint the reader with problems of internal network Yammer, with its advantages and disadvantages and thus to offer one possible solution when choosing the right tools for effective internal communication.
Use of enterprise social networks in company

The thesis is focused on analyzing possible uses of enterprise social networks in an organization and impacts of the implementing on processes and employees. The term social network is defined and possible uses are listed in the first part of the thesis. The thesis continues with a definition of enterprise social networks and a description of their characteristics. The first chapter provides a list of the featu-res and functions of enterprise social networks of different vendors. Pros and cons of using enterprise social network Yammer are detailed. Yammer is one of the most common networks and has been used in a business case of Manica's client, which is described in the practical part of the thesis. Conclusion of the thesis is an overview of enterprise social networks available on the market and a summary of the advantages and disadvantages of implementa-tion.Using acquired knowledge can be concluded modalities for the an application of corporate social network in the environment of any organization.
Methods of internal comunication from the point of view of the generation Y

This diploma thesis deals with the matter of internal communication methods from the point of view of today's young generation, so called generation Y. It aims on the enterprise social networks. The thesis is divided into the two common parts: the theory and the research. In the theoretical part there is a brief introduction into the field of internal communication; and the communication methods are put into the process of Communication. Further the specific methods for internal communication are introduced. The segment of enterprise social networks as a new way within the internal communication is introduced further mote. The research is connected to the theoretical part and focuses on the position of the generation Y to their potential usage of enterprise social media in internal communication within a certain company. This research is in compliance with the proposed strategy.
Potential of Enterprise Social Network to support Green ICT

Thesis describes social networks as a new tool, which affects the way how people use in-ternet and how they communicate. This relatively new technology and trend is firstly de-scribed from technological perspective, which is in harmony with Green ICT. In detail describes contributions of virtualization, cloud computing and Web 2.0 which allowed this innovation in a first place. On the other side it describes social networks from sociological perspective as simple adapting to natural development, which doesn't require any big be-havioral changes. It seems that it is just another step in development of tools for infor-mation exchange and communication. Secondly thesis separates enterprise social network and characterize their potential application inside the company for supporting operation, communication, documents and information sharing, managing or decision making. Thesis analyze and compare current available enterprise social networks and creates multi-criteria matrix, which provides manual or guide for choosing the right ESN tool according to company's preferences. Simultaneously based on sample activities and dealing various situations from project management, compares communication by using enterprise social network with communication via email. On this examples demonstrate added value by using enterprise social networks by knowledge workers in the meaning of more effective cooperation and higher employee satisfaction.
